# Valueonboard

> Valueonboard is a product-first AI studio operating in Hungary and the EU, with two tracks: our own AI products that we fund, build, and run in production, and a small number of high-value partnerships where we build yours. IntelliHR — our flagship AI recruitment product — is the clearest proof that we ship real products, not demos.

## Who we are

Not an outsourcing body-shop or AI-hype agency — a product studio that builds and runs its own products.

Valueonboard's founder created Árukereső.hu (2004), Hungary's leading price-comparison site, exited 2011. MiniCRM CRM SaaS was owned and operated from 2012. Today the focus is IntelliHR, an AI-powered ATS in active production use.

## Two tracks

- Track A — Our products: We build and operate AI products end-to-end — and run them in production. We carry the risk, so we know exactly what it takes to ship and keep AI alive.
- Track B — Partner builds: A few high-value partnerships at a time, end-to-end: product strategy → AI build → AWS operations. You work with the principals, start to finish.

## Tech stack

React, TypeScript, Vite, AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront), Claude API, Whisper, pyannote, local LLMs, Node.js, Python.

## Compliance

EU AI Act-aware from day one — risk classification, transparency, and human oversight built in. GDPR-compliant. EU data residency by default. On-prem capability for regulated domains where data cannot leave the room.

Saját AI-termékeinket éles környezetben fejlesztjük és üzemeltetjük — a zászlóshajónk, az IntelliHR AI-toborzási platform, ennek a mércéje. Néhány partner számára ugyanezt a szemléletet visszük bele az egész folyamatba: termékstratégiától az AI-fejlesztésen át az AWS-üzemeltetésig.
